Scope:

We hold a full property maintenance contract covering day to day reactive repairs and planned maintenance. The planned maintenance includes elements such as kitchens, electrical rewires, insulation of electrical heating and various one off projects.

Property Care carried out a large refurbishment project for Stonewater at 5 flats and 1 house in Portsmouth of last year. The works included:

  • Installation of new kitchens
  • Complete redecoration
  • Plaster repairs
  • General works
  • Electrical upgrades
  • Damp proofing works

Sharon Hollis, Contracts Manager for Property Care managed the works and we also had a full-time foreman on site. Our method statements and risk assessments were accepted quickly with no issues, and we completed the works on time and on budget.

Subsequently, we have now won some further maintenance works at a separate site at Denzel Avenue in Southampton.
