Description of Work: Mechanical and Electrical Installation
Templeton Walker, established in 1985, build bespoke residential properties of the highest quality and design across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. With a meticulous attention to detail, the company has an impressive track record in building some of the finest houses in the region. We have a relationship spanning over 20 years with Templeton Walker. From the early years of design and installation of power and lighting requirements, the partnership has evolved to encompass projects including mechanical and electrical installations, renewable energy elements of EV charging points, PV panels and powered heat pumps.
The pair of semi-detached houses, located in Middle Woodford, Wiltshire belong to the Heale House Estate. The project involved a complete refurbishment of the existing premises to transform them into one large detached modernised house that still holds its character, in an idyllic country setting.
Wessex Property Care were instructed to provide a comprehensive range of services. We installed heating and plumbing systems to the property, as well as underfloor heating throughout. To increase energy efficiency, we installed an air source heat pump. The team also helped install three high end bathrooms, sinks in the Kitchen and Utility rooms and the ground floor bathroom.
Michael Gibb, Director, Templeton Walker said “The Wessex teams work on our projects has consistently been of an excellent standard and they have always had an answer when the unforeseen arises. However just as importantly, they have always been incredibly open, honest and straightforward to deal with. Those are values that chime with the way we like to run our projects and is why we continue to engage them for all our work.”
