Client: Templeton Walker
Description of Work: Mechanical and Electrical Installation
Duration: October – December 2013
Templeton Walker are property developers that build village houses of good quality and design in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. They are a family run company which started in 1985 and we have been working with them on numerous projects for many years.
This pair of semi-detached houses, located in Middle Woodford belongs to the Heale House Estate. The project involved the complete rebuild of these homes into one large detached house that has been modernised but still holds its character, in an idyllic country setting.
Wessex Building Services were called in to provide a whole range of services. We installed the heating and plumbing systems in the whole house, as well as underfloor heating throughout. To help with monthly heating bills, we used an energy saving air source heat pump. We also helped install three high end bathrooms, sinks in the Kitchen and Utility room and the ground floor WC.
“The Wessex work on our projects has consistently been of an excellent standard and they have always had an answer when the unforeseen arises. However just as importantly, they have always been incredibly open, honest and straightforward to deal with. Those are values that chime with the way we like to run our projects and is why we continue to engage them for all our work.”
