You’ve invested in your security system and now you want to get the most from it. Our packages include regular maintenance visits, maximum response time call outs from expert engineers, immediate alarm notifications and remote alarm resets.
The service you need
Like most of our services, Wessex has the flexibility to create the maintenance and monitoring package that works for you, your business and your budget.
Wessex can build you the service package that works for your specific needs. Choose how often we service your system, every 6 months or annually, and the alerting procedure you require, as well as the level of access you would like to your system.
Police alert
We provide a police response service, which comes complete with the confidence that, should your alarm be triggered, our monitoring service will call the police as well as your nominated keyholders.
Keyholder alert
When we are monitoring your property we call you and your nominated keyholders when your alarm is activated, so you’re able to respond as quickly as possible.
Online self-monitoring
Monitor your property yourself through our remote monitoring packages or, with a combined service, get alerts from our 24.7 monitoring service as well as having all year round access via the portal.
Call out
If you have any issues with your system at any time, you can call us and we will get an expert engineer out to you within x hours to resolve the problem.
Accreditation
National Security Inspectorate (NSI)
Wessex Fire & Security have held NACOSS Gold security accreditation for security system installation and maintenance since 1991. All NSI Gold security companies meet the requirements of the police and operate an accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audited annually.
British Security Industry Association (BSIA)
We are proud to have been members of the BSIA since 1991. BSIA is the trade association for the professional security industry in the UK. The BSIA hallmark is a symbol of quality and professionalism for security buyers and industry partners.
Electrical Contractors Association (ECA)
Since 1984 Wessex Fire & Security have been members of the ECA, whose membership base encompasses installers, manufacturers, distributors and end users across the electronics and electrical industry.
Fire Industry Association (FIA)
The FIA is a not-for-profit trade association with the aim of promoting the professional status of the UK fire safety industry. They also provide training on legislation and regulations across the industry. Wessex Fire & Safety have been members since 2001.
