Wessex recognise the importance of effectively consulting and communicating with staff in creating a safe and pleasant working environment.
As well as regular employee representation at board and directors forums, we dedicate four full days a year to proactively gathering staff input and raising awareness on the importance of working safely. And our staff know that, should a conflict ever arise between the demands of production and safety, they will always have business support in prioritising their own and others’ safety.
