Works Description: Responsive Repairs, Call Centre, Out of Hours Service and Major Works
Background:
The New Forest Villages Housing Association (NFVHA) was set up in 1984, when they leased land from the Montagu family in order to build affordable housing. They now have over 50 properties in Hampshire and work closely with the New Forest District Council.
Scope:
Wessex successfully were instructed for a repairs and maintenance contract with NFVHA. The contract involves the provision of a call receiving facility for the receipt of repair requests from the Association’s tenants and officers, as well as undertaking responsive repairs in working hours and emergency repairs out of working hours.
We also undertake major works and cyclical works as directed by the Association. The works cover a variety of flats and houses in the Hampshire area.
