RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Electrical
Installations & Rewiring

Any electrical installation requires an experienced electrician to ensure your home and family stay safe. You can feel confident that our engineers are highly skilled and experienced in all installation disciplines as well as being fully accredited by trade bodies including the ECA, and NICEIC.

From fix to build

Whether your home needs a fuse board repaired, a purpose built panel board, new lighting circuits or even a home automation system, we can design, supply and install any electrical system, regardless of size.

There is no limit to the scope of installation we can undertake, be it a new build project or a rewire as part of a renovation. Your project could be as small as an additional socket, or as unique as a new home IT suite or workshop, we have designed, installed and maintained it all.

Experienced touch

Our highly skilled electricians have years of experience in electrical installation, legacy review and rewiring for residential properties.

Most types of new electrical installation work can be completed in a single visit, with larger rewiring and installation jobs carried out in line with your timeline. If your home has not been rewired within the last 25-30 years, the chances are that it will need upgrading to bring up to current standards. Legacy wiring may be potentially dangerous and unable to cope with the demands of a modern life. Wessex has the experience to quickly assess and recommend the best course of action for you, and your budget.

Rewiring for safety

At their worst, faulty electrics can be a serious fire hazard and can lead to injury or electrocution. Professional reviewing, and replacing substandard legacy wiring circuits, can help protect your home and your family.

Fully certified

Our engineers carry the latest technology and equipment, enabling them to issue NICEIC electrical certificates on site, then email digital copies direct to clients where required.

Safety first

All of our electricians work to a standard in accordance with the most up-to-date UK regulations so all the work you have done, even to legacy systems, will be compliant and certified.

Minimum impact

We know that you have busy lives, and your home should be your haven, so we will work around you as much as we can and keep disruption to a an absolute minimum.
