Access Control

If you want to control who enters your business premises on a daily basis, you need an access control system. These systems allow you to determine who can come into your building, or parts of your building, and give you the scope to amend and revoke access whenever you want.

Restricting movement

An access system is by far the simplest and most efficient way of controlling movement into and within your business premises. These systems can give you total daily control of access and bring a unique level of confidence and reassurance.

Your permission needs may be simple – an entryway only – or complex, with multiple levels of access across a range of areas. Wessex will carry out a thorough assessment of your needs and propose a design that works for your security requirements and budget. You may also want to limit certain access for shorter periods of time, or have the capacity to extend access in the future, and we have the tools and expertise to be able to design a system that gives you that flexibility.

End-to-end delivery

Our extensive knowledge and experience of Access Control Systems means you are guaranteed a comprehensive solution proposal. And our world-class products and installation services will complete the package.

Wessex will carry out installation of your access system to the highest standard, using our fully trained and highly skilled engineers, ensuring a minimum amount of disruption and a reliable operation from the outset. We understand all the finer details that need to be taken into account, such as installing the correct door locks for the application, taking into account vulnerability of attack, usage, size and weight of door and overall aesthetics. Essential considerations like these ensure the system operation is trouble-free and applicable to the purpose it was intended.

Choose your access method

We provide an unrestricted choice of access method, be it PIN, swipe-card, key-fob, finger-print recognition, or any combination. You choose the most suitable application for your business.

Access monitoring

We can provide you with the ability to monitor and record staff movement to know who is in the premises at any time. A number of our systems can also be connected to your network for Windows-style access and control.

Emergency override

We can connect your access system to a fire alarm system and local emergency break-glass override points to open all barriers to exit, and enable quick evacuation in the event of an emergency.

Flexibility and scalability

We take a flexible system approach to cater for either single door or multi-door applications. This means that the system we install for you today can be expanded in the future as your business needs change.
