Scope:
Wessex is the provider of choice for Stonewater Housing Association with a comprehensive electrical works provision across their portfolio of 12,000 homes.
Wessex Electricals are delighted to provide all electrical and associated repairs to over 1,500 premises across Dorset. The Wessex Property Care teams also provide a responsive repairs and voids service to a further 1,500 homes across Hampshire and West Sussex. Following a successful programme of works, we have since expanded our remit to a fully comprehensive service solution for the entire Stonewater Housing portfolio across the UK.
Within these In these contracts, we provide:
- Electrical testing: We carry out a programme of approximately 1,500 fixed wiring tests a year in a huge area stretching from Torbay across to Kent and East Anglia to Greater Manchester in the North.
- Storage heater replacement.
- PAT testing at all Stonewater offices and sheltered and supported housing schemes with facilities and equipment.
