Background:
Marks and Spencer is one of Britain’s biggest multinational retailers, with over 700 stores in the UK and over 360 stores spread across 40 countries. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer, and they sell a huge variety of food, clothes, technology and homeware, to name just a few products.
Scope:
Wessex have been working with Marks and Spencer for over a decade. Growing from a small initial project, we now provide coverage across much of Southern England.
We work very closely with the regional RSM’s and local Store Managers and are very aware of the importance of keeping the trading environment at a standard where it improves the experience of the consumer.
We currently carry out the 5 year Electrical Condition Test & Report with an independent third party and undertake the electrical remedial works. Many of these works take place out of hours in order to complete the work quickly and efficiently outside of opening hours.
