Client: Longleat Safari & Adventure Park
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire
Description of Work: CCTV Upgrade and Maintenance
Duration: October 2011 – On-going
Longleat Safari & Adventure Park has been one of the UK’s best-loved attractions for over 60 years. The Safari Park has been widely featured on numerous television shows such as Animal Park, and has over 15 attractions which include the stunning stately home of Lord Bath.
Wessex Fire and Security provided a complete upgrade of all CCTV control and recording equipment in the estate’s security office. This also includes the installation of vehicle number plate recognition cameras at various entrances to record all incoming and outgoing vehicles. The system features wireless transmission of images from some of the more remote camera positions back to the office.
We are extremely pleased to provide the on-going maintenance of the parks CCTV systems and lookforward to continuing our excellent working relationship.
“We are delighted to have Wessex Fire & Security providing our CCTV security needs.
Since our business partnership started Wessex have proven themselves to be reliable and cost effective suppliers, but more importantly their customer service culture is far beyond that offered by larger national providers. Whenever we’ve needed help and support there has always been a direct line open to our Installations Manager, they show a full understanding of our security requirements and therefore all repairs/installations are carried out in a timely manner, as well as advising on new products and services that may benefit our security needs in the future.
We fully intend to allow our business partnership to grow in 2014, Wessex have proven themselves capable and driven, without losing the importance of customer service and price in this modern security environment”
