Wessex Electricals have completed the latest phase in the electrical upgrade programme for core client, Wiltshire Council.
Kingsbury Square provides temporary residential accommodation of 28 flats and is located in the heart of the market town of Melksham in West Wiltshire.
The team worked quickly and efficiently to install new Quantum heaters throughout the complex; these heaters are more energy efficient and store heat for longer providing a better heat source for residents.
Two new water heaters were also installed; providing a faster source of hot water and is a safer and more energy efficient system than the traditional gas water heating system.
Electrical containment work was also carried out; an important aspect of electrical infrastructure which not only provides easy maintenance access but also is more aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, fuse board upgrades were completed to increase energy efficiency and ensure full compliance.
