Wessex Fire & Security were the proud sponsors of the Salisbury Journal and Spire FM Hero Awards this year, which took place on Sunday 12th October at Leehurst Swan School.
The awards recognise heroes from across the South West who have been nominated by the public. Among the winners were medical staff, young people and members of the armed forces, all with inspirational stories.
Wessex Fire & Security sponsored the Emergency Services Award which was won by the Salisbury District Hospital Emergency department.
The event was hosted by the Mayor of Salisbury and editor for the Journal Bill Browne, with Councillor Jo Broom acting as judge.
