On Friday 18th July, our office staff and engineers took part in a charity cycle challenge to raise funds for the incredible Friends of Wincanton Community Hospital.
This dedicated charity is run by local volunteers who raise funds through a variety of events to support the hospital in Wincanton, Somerset. The efforts help to enhance patient care by providing essential equipment, improving facilities and supporting vital services.
The cycle challenge took place at our head office in Shaftesbury throughout the day, with each team aiming to collectively complete 118 miles on gym bikes – the equivalent distance between Wessex and Andwis. With plenty of cheering and a few sore legs, the challenge brought everyone together in support of the vital work that The Friends of Wincanton Community Hospital do to support the local community.
