Wessex have had two recent project wins at the North Dorset Building Excellence Awards which was held in April of this year.
The event celebrates the very high standard of design and construction of buildings across North Dorset, ranging from the restoration of an historic cob wall in Iwerne Minster to the new village hall in Tarrant Hinton.
We managed to win not one, but two awards on two different projects which we had worked on. A private client of ours won “best sustainability project (small or large)” after an extensive restoration project was completed at his home in Bourton.
Wessex helped to install plumbing, electrics, underfloor heating, solar thermal, air source heat pump and solar PV systems.
Wessex also carried out a PV installation at The Hub/Library in Stalbridge for which they won “best public service building”.
