What is the Apprenticeship?
This is a structured, multi-year programme where you’ll split your time between college-based learning and real, hands-on work experience. You’ll be employed from day one, not sitting in a classroom, not fetching coffees, actually contributing to live projects alongside experienced engineers.
Your college training covers the theory and practical foundations of fire and security systems, and you’ll be assigned a dedicated Training Coordinator to guide your progress and help you build your professional portfolio.

What Does the Programme Look Like?
You’ll attend College in block weeks, where you’ll build the theoretical knowledge behind fire and security systems. The rest of your working week is spent on-site, gaining the practical skills that will define your career. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, and your induction training will make sure you’re equipped and confident before you ever step onto a job.
