Wessex Group is based in North Dorset, with over 60 years’ experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security industry. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Costings Administrator.
The role will report directly to the Financial Controller.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices
- Liaising with contracts managers/ administrators/suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Process invoices to strict deadlines
- General administrative duties
- Answering the telephone

Essential Competencies:
- Computer Literacy
- Accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Confident telephone manner

- MS Office Suite in particular MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week); Part time hours considered (Minimum 30 hours per week)
Pay: £27,976 per annum (Pro rata for part time hours)
