Background:
Poole Housing Partnership (PHP) was set up to bring investment for improvements to homes across the Borough of Poole. They work closely with the Borough of Poole but operate as a separate company. They deliver housing management services such as repairing and maintaining the housing stock, tenancy support services and provide a day-to-day housing service.
Scope:
Wessex Electricals completed a full heating upgrade to 33 flats and communal areas at Belmont Court in Parkstone. This project involved replacing the old storage heaters with brand new Dimplex Quantum heaters. There are an increasing number of Housing Associations looking at these Dimplex Heaters which have been developed to compete against some of the newer technologies and is the most energy efficient storage heater on the market today.
