Description of Work: Communal & Emergency Lighting Upgrade
Background:
Mears Group work with social housing companies in maintaining and repairing hundreds of homes across the UK, from remote rural villages to large inner-city estates. In need of a lighting specialist, Curo Group recommended Wessex Electricals.
Scope:
Wessex carried out a full communal lighting upgrade across five residential accommodation blocks in Bath, Somerset for Mears Housing Group.
Over the five separate accommodation blocks all old lighting was replaced with a new, more effective and efficient system including motion sensor Emergency lighting for enhanced safety and security.
