Description of Work: Fire Extinguisher Maintenance
Background:
Marks and Spencer is one of Britain’s largest multinational retailers, with over 700 stores in the UK and over 360 stores across 40 countries. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer, they sell a huge variety of food, clothes, technology and homeware.
Scope:
In addition to our existing contract with M&S to provide a 24 hour maintenance service on all their HVAC equipment of over 100 stores Wessex Fire & Security also supply and provide annual maintenance of fire extinguishers for 250 stores across the South of England.
The Wessex teams work cohesively with the client and have exceeded all targets. We work pro-actively with Marks and Spencer at rationalising extinguisher numbers, and working out whole life costs to deliver long term the best value.
