Wessex Property Care acted as Principal Contractor at Ilford Bridge Tavern for Mitchells and Butlers.
This project included making sure the scaffold and site compound were set up correctly for the duration of the works.
Property Care carried out the roofing and wall paneling works, to enable a sub-contractor to install a new ventilation unit above the kitchen before decommissioning the site and handing the kitchen back to the General Manager.
