The Butter Market Bakery is a popular eatery located within the centre of Poundbury, Dorset. A unique Artisan bakery, the team work closely with local craftspeople and producers to provide a delicious roster of home made food and produce.
Scope:
Wessex Fire & Security were instructed to design and install a fire alarm system within the bakery. With a strong track record in specialist commercial sites such as restaurants and bakeries – with busy kitchens and a high footfall of people – the team worked very quickly and efficiently to install a comprehensive solution without disrupting the business or its customers.
