Wessex Electricals have recently undertaken an LED lighting upgrade incorporating self-test emergency fittings throughout an office building in Salisbury.
Through our manufacturers return on investment, it is predicted that the total cost of fittings will be mitigated through reduced energy usage in just over three years and over the total life of this installation they will save a total of £103,918.00 in energy usage alone.
The teams installed air conditioning in main office areas and meeting rooms, soundproofed the walls and replaced the suspended ceilings where required. Lastly, the team built a new cleaning cupboard and stationary cupboard, making effective use of existing void spaces.
During the next phase of these works, Wessex will be working with the customer to install EV charging points in their carpark to sustain the growth of the business Electric Vehicle fleet.
