Background:
Longleat Safari & Adventure Park has been one of the UK’s best-loved attractions for over 60 years. The Safari Park has been widely featured on numerous television shows such as Animal Park, and has over 15 attractions which include the stunning stately home of Lord Bath.
Scope:
Wessex Fire & Security undertook a complete upgrade of all CCTV control and recording equipment for the estate’s security office. This also included the installation of vehicle number plate recognition cameras at various entrances to record all incoming and outgoing vehicles. The system features wireless transmission of images from some of the more remote camera positions back to the office.
