After a lot of time, effort, and investment, the training room is 99% completed – we’re just waiting for our new carpet to be installed as part of the building works in stores that will commence shortly.
This facility is excellent to deliver all our training and gives the perfect setup for external trainers to come down and teach new skills, as well as conducting our own in house training on a variety of items in a controlled and professional environment. The room also doubles up as a showroom for customers who want to get hands on and see and try different technologies before purchasing.
The room benefitted from new LED lighting, new display walls, new signage, a full range of products on all disciplines old and new, interactive screens, and a server rack to manage all elements.
We can now do all elements of GENT training in house in Shaftesbury, with all engineers receiving certificates afterwards and appropriate engineer numbers.
