Wessex ME is part of the Andwis technical services group of companies based in Yeovil and North Dorset. Due to continual growth, we are looking for an experienced administrator with second-to-none customer services skills to join our Electricals division within the Project Team.
Based at our head office in Shaftesbury, you will work alongside other Administrators within the Projects Team where you will have specific individual responsibilities. There are however some shared tasks which will require you to work closely together and excellent communication between you all will be essential. The nature of this role requires an adaptable and resilient individual who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
This role is part of the projects team who focus on the electrical contracting and energy projects in commercial and industrial sectors.
Main Duties & responsibilities:
- Assist to compile client reports for completed works, produce Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients as instructed by the Contract Managers in a timely manner to coincide with invoicing for month end targets.
* Coordinate works using the company CRM software including:

- Issue of weekly engineer schedule and digital job allocation
- Processing of operative timesheets & send weekly summary reports.
- Processing of materials/Subcon orders
- Deliveries of materials
- Hire of and deliveries/collections of access equipment
- Works related accommodation for staff
- Liaise directly with clients for associated works.
* To process electrical certificates & related documentation for project works, ensuring Management System procedures are adhered to.
* To answer the department telephones, direct calls and take messages as necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the Project Team Contract Managers regarding the running of project works where needed.

- Salary £27,976.00 p/a
- 24 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
