Mansell construction called upon Wessex Building Services to manage the M&E design and installation for a new 3 storey office workshop.
Wessex commenced the project in December 2010 and completion is due for July 2011. Works comprised of the installation of air-conditioning, heating, chilled water, ventilation, domestic hot and cold services, above ground drainage, sanitary ware, rainwater harvesting and electrical works.
The 3 storey office/workshop is being funded by Southampton City Council (SCC) and the design of the services was carried out by Capita on behalf of SCC.
This work was secured after a very hard fought tender and interview process conducted by Mansell and Wessex Building Services look forward to continuing a successful working relationship with Mansell on this and other projects for both Southampton City Council and other clients.
