Portsmouth Grammar
Wessex Building Services were delighted to have been selected to undertake mechanical and electrical provision for a new science block at Portsmouth Grammar School.
The contract value for both the electrical and mechanical was £800,000 and included underfloor heating, ventilation, BMS controls, fire alarm, access control, lighting, power and solar heating.
The project ran for approximately 1 year and at some stages of the contract 20 engineers were invloved on site during the work.
