Management Team coordinator

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide a vital supporting role in a busy environment.


Main Duties & responsibilities:

H&S coordination.

  • Plan and check that H&S visits are carried out by the line managers and actions followed up.
  • Attend H&S monthly meeting and committee meetings and take the minutes.
  • Point of contact within the company for H&S training.
  • Liaise with line managers to ensure new starters have H&S induction, PPE, Asbestos bag, Ladder restraint, H&S folder and H&S training plan.
  • Apply for ECS cards
  • Report monthly on the above.
  • Monitor employees H&S training renewing any (excluding WAH, MH, AA) prior to expiry. 
  • Book all Health & Safety training (excluding WAH,MH, AA) for any new starters
  • Update H & S Matrix, associated spreadsheets, personnel file and competency records with all training carried out.

Marketing support

  • Support the implementation programmes to deliver the agreed marketing objectives
  • Support the production of marketing materials, including brochures, letters, emails and press releases
  • Input to digital and social media channels
  • Being integral in contributing new ideas and platforms for promoting the organisation
  • Managing data and supporting the organisations brand identity
  • General marketing administrative tasks

Company HR coordination

  • Absence logging and reporting
  • ID card renewal
  • Birthdays / leavers
  • Recruitment
  • Book all technical training, updating qualifications matrix, personnel file and competency records with all training carried out

General Admin

  • Working independently on a variety of projects, feeding back to the MD with regular updates and liaising with all involved to ensure continual progress.
  • Maintain a number of excel spreadsheets and Produce PowerPoint presentations when required.
  • Assist with supplier approval forms
  • Office timesheets.
  • Sub-contractor approvals
  • WFS Accreditations and memberships

Essential competencies:

  • Excellent IT skills with experience across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel & PPT
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload.
