Wessex 1st for Customer Service
Following on from last year’s results were Wessex HVAC & Plumbing were consistently in the top ten of contractors in the UK, Wessex were delighted to have now achieved the 1st Place Spot for customer satisfaction from thousands of customer feedback returns. Wessex beat 64 other heating and plumbing contractors across the UK and Gordon Green (Director) said; “We have always put customer care with quality and value to the forefront of everything we do, it is very pleasing to see that our efforts are working.”
The Warm Front Scheme is a government funded programme designed to improve the living conditions of vulnerable people living in cold, damp and energy inefficient houses.
